The 2010 Eisteddfod takes place from 5 - 11 July 2010. We are always looking to develop the Eisteddfod and keep it fresh. This Syllabus, therefore, brings some changes to our portfolio of competitions. The overall number of competitions has been reduced (to 24 in total), with some of the Folk and Celtic categories merging together to allow competitors greater flexibility in their programmes and performances. Specific Celtic prizes are maintained, recognising both the Eisteddfod’s role in encouraging further development and research into Celtic music, and the growing internationalism of it. Please also note that there have been some changes in age ranges and maximum numbers in individual competitions. Click here to download the Syllabus, which includes the Official Application Forms for 2010 (PDF file, 1.1mb) or follow the links below. Download the 2010 Application Forms in Microsoft Word |
